The room was a mess. dirty floors and towels greeted us. Staff were unhelpful when we requested basic items. The promised shuttle service was a joke, and the breakfast left much to be desired. If you're looking for a family-friendly vacation spot, keep searching. This hotel is not worth your time or money.

However, I can't ignore the gnarly gaps under the door that invited bugs for a wild party. The pool situation was a total letdown—definitely didn't feel clean and just not the vibe you want to kick back to.
